My name is James Hagen. I grew up on a farm in southeast Minnesota learning the value of hard work and importance of integrity. I attended Universal Technical Institute, earning a degree in automotive diesel technology. I have spent my career working for car dealerships. After a successful career as a technician, earning many certifications from multiple manufactures including General Motors, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and the highest technical certification from Toyota, Master Diagnostic Technician, I transitioned into management. Since then, I have held multiple positions in management, receiving countless hours of training in dealership operations and leadership. Learning how all aspects of the servicing industry operate, I have decided to start by own repair business, offering reliable, honest service options for all vehicle needs. I believe I can use the skills and knowledge I have learned throughout my career make the experience of repairing your vehicle, easy to understand, convenient, maybe even enjoyable. I will make sure you understand what repairs are necessary on your vehicle, and ensure you are comfortable with what is being done to your vehicle.
